Sunland performs residential and commercial planning and zoning reviews on an ongoing basis as an extension of the City of New Braunfels’s Planning Department. Sunland provided third-party plan reviews for the City, in addition to commercial building code plan reviews. Our reviewers were responsible for interpreting zoning ordinances, sign ordinances, and building codes, as well as interacting with the applicants to answer questions and provide guidance to achieve their development goals.
