As part of an on-call planning contract, Sunland provided planning and conceptual design for a new cell phone parking lot at the George Bush International Airport in Houston, Texas. The site development included a retail center, a parking area with flight information messaging, restroom facilities, and other amenities. Sunland provided architectural and civil engineering planning and design services for this task assignment. Sunland also provided cost and budgeting services. The site selected by the airport was a vacant lot adjacent to the JFK building airport entrance.
