The City of San Antonio renovated the ground-level amenities of the Tower of Americas, including Landry’s Restaurant which was awarded the long-term lease of the Tower and will construct the improvements. Landry’s plans included installing a ground-level multisensory theater; banquet and private dining rooms on the observation deck and a 1,500-square-foot gift shop. The tower-top restaurant as “Eyes Over Texas at the Tower of the Americas,” serving regional and continental dishes, was also recast.

Sunland provided preliminary and final civil engineering to include site drainage, grading, water and wastewater construction plans, and specifications for the improvements.
