The University of Houston's new Student Recreation and Wellness Center is a 250,000 SF building housing a natatorium, gymnasium and weight training facilities, wellness offices, basketball and racquetball courts, and an outdoor leisure pool. Sunland provided design services for water and wastewater utilities, storm water management for both the site and building roof downspouts, as well as grading and detention requirements.
