At Sunland, our Construction Management professionals provide oversight, leadership, and direction for projects from design completion through construction completion. We work with clients, owners, and construction teams to ensure work is completed in accordance with contract documents and to client and owner expectations. As part of our Construction Management process, we monitor contractor performance, clarify discrepancies, and resolve any questions that may arise, including change order negotiation and management, modification management, and collecting and responding to RFIs.
