This approach - along with maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders and contractors - ensures that the Project Manager and Owner have up-to-date information enabling them to respond quickly to any potential issues, keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

During construction, we utilize a computerized critical path method (CPM) schedule that combines all work activities and resources and identifies all major project milestones for each team member. Sunland schedulers routinely review contractor schedules to ensure our client’s success. In addition to development of detailed schedules, Sunland also has experience providing forensic scheduling and support for claims resolution.
