As part of the Strategic Terminal Planning On-Call Services contract, Sunland provided planning and programming services to assist in the development of a long-term strategic approach and sequencing plan for facility-related capital improvement projects located within the terminals at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

Sunland developed and implemented a web application to track planning delivery orders under this contract and is currently maintaining a Power BI dashboard site that is being utilized by the Planning Department to manage this contract. The schedules developed in Primavera P6 interact with this application, which allows better visualization of the data.
