Sunland is a woman-owned multidisciplinary firm based in Austin, Texas, with offices in Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas, as well as Denver, Colorado, and Newark, New Jersey. Founded in 1985 as Sunland Engineering Company, we became Sunland Group, Inc. in 2003 to reflect our expanded services, including program management/construction management, architecture, civil land development, value engineering, and facility condition assessments.

We serve clients across aviation, higher education, K-12, state, and municipal markets, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to each project.
