Sunland created reports, Oracle Primavera P6 setup, the configuration of team member timesheets, pilot projects, and implementation of the user guide. Sunland also provided the review of existing PMIS (Oracle Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Unifier) along with providing recommendations to align with best practices and industry standards. Sunland also assisted in the implementation, and development of reports (Business Intelligence (BI) Developer), administration functions, updated PM schedules, developed PM schedule templates, and assisted in the outreach/training of PM schedules.
