Sunland provided civil engineering and permitting on the Starbucks location in Round Rock, Texas. This complex project was in the Full Recharge Zone of the Edwards Aquifer and set up the longest queuing drive aisle of any Starbucks in the City of Round Rock. Despite two months of rainfall that threatened the timeline and rising material costs, the project was completed on time and on budget.
