Having completed other projects for Angelo State University (ASU) where Sunland’s renderings were instrumental in securing additional donor funding for the projects, ASU approached us with a need to create a donor package for their newly acquired rodeo arena.

Sunland Vice President of Architecture, Dale Austin, and his architectural team toured the project site with the ASU project manager and stakeholders to collect the needed information to generate a conceptual as-built model of the existing facility and understand their overall vision for the project. Sunland created a donor package with conceptual renderings showing the desired renovations and an animated fly-through. The package will be used to either secure donations for individual piece-meal projects or in a perfect world to secure the necessary donations for the overall facility.
