Sunland coordinated with the multidisciplinary design team assembled by the prime engineer to renovate Teresa Hall at St. Edward’s University. The project consisted of a lobby finish upgrade and miscellaneous detailing required to renovate the existing plumbing system within the dorm rooms. The lobby was a large open area undefined area where furnishings were haphazardly placed, and loose items were stored. Sunland led the design effort to establish zones within the space using materials selected to complement the existing facility.
