Willow Hall at Texas State University is a 107,000-sf facility that houses the departments of Physical Therapy, Respiratory Care, and Communications Disorders. It comprises a mixture of traditional classrooms, faculty offices, conference rooms, and collaboration spaces with interactive learning labs and cutting-edge technology.

The addition of Willow Hall brings 500 students to a campus dedicated to interactive learning. A functioning public medical clinic located within the building allows students to gain valuable hands-on experience working with actual patients in an exam room setting. Students also have access to common areas and study spaces throughout the facility for socializing between classes or collaborating on group projects.

Sunland performed comprehensive schedule reviews of various updated contractor schedules using P6 Professional and Oracle Visualizer. After each project review, Sunland developed a detailed written report identifying findings that assisted in Texas State University’s decision-making.
