As part of the 2013 Austin Independent School District (AISD) Bond Program, Sunland was the prime consultant providing support to AISD for design management, constructability reviews, and on-site project management that included contract administration, cost control, project scheduling, document controls, construction inspection, quality assurance (QA) inspections, and project management staffing.

Our team provided these services at more than thirty AISD facilities for projects involving architectural and civil design support; HVAC renovations including boilers, chillers, and air handling units; electrical and plumbing upgrades; new and renovated classrooms; restroom renovations; space conversions and remodels; and parking lots.
