Sunland led the cost estimating team in providing cost estimating services throughout the design. The 266,400-sf, four story cast-in-place garage included driver break rooms, transit ticket sales office, retail core space, and bus loading stations on the first floor. The second, third, and fourth floors allowed for 1,000 parking spaces.
