Advanced Terminal Planning Program

The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) Advanced Terminal Planning Program (ATPP) included creating a program definition manual to include a new 17-gate terminal, reconfiguring security checkpoints in Terminals A and B, relocating Remain Overnight aircraft parking, airport police, badging and ID office, airport operations, and planning and development department offices. It also included constructing a new ground transportation center garage, relocating employee parking, and improving/reconfiguring vehicular traffic flow around the terminal complex. Sunland developed rough order of magnitude estimates as part of the ATPP.
