Sunland led the multidisciplinary team for the Rambelles Soccer Clubhouse at Angelo State University (ASU). Located on campus within the LeGrand Soccer Complex, the facility features locker rooms, a mud room, a uniform room, coaches offices, restrooms/showers, and an approximately 900-sf covered porch area. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment.

The pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) incorporates surrounding porches, masonry veneer walls, and metal roofing. Sunland provided comprehensive architectural services, including design, bidding assistance, and construction administration, covering civil engineering, architecture, structural foundation, and MEP. The building's placement allows for potential future additions, including a softball clubhouse and an entry gate for the complex.
