Sunland currently performs residential and commercial planning and zoning reviews on an ongoing basis as an extension of the City of New Braunfels’ Planning Department. Sunland coordinates with the City staff and officials in providing third-party plan reviews and commercial building code plan reviews for the City. Our reviewers are responsible for interpreting zoning ordinances, sign ordinances, and building codes. In working on this project, our team upholds the City’s standards of excellent customer service when interacting with applicants to answer questions and provide guidance to achieve their development goals.
